I've just had a Samsung s22 on contract and part of the contract was I would get the free ear buds aswell but have no idea how to claim these

Doesn't have a option on there for anyone who takes a contract out I've filled in the part where it says purchase

when my wife bought her phone from samsung the ear buds came in the same parcel . now i have bought S22 i have to claim them . 

i have been made to jump through all sorts of hoops ! i filled out the form and entered my IMEI then i had to send a photo of the IMEI . i then was asked to send a picture of my receipt which i did . i then get an email saying that there was missing information which i could find on the packing list (i had already sent it) or the confirmation email which i then sent . i have heard no more . surely if i have bought the phone direct from samsung the have all this information ? has anyone else had this and how long before i can expect an answer ? don't even start me on claiming Disney +  😃
