I have an idea of creation of devices to facilitate communication between health care professionals and their patients. You can feed the device with four to 10 languages or even more. One device with the patient and another device with the health care professional. After both adjust their preferred language, each one can communicate with his/her language, but each one will recieve the information from other with his/her preferred language also. This will minimise medical errors so far. In addition, we can produce smaller devices with only two or three language devices for personal use for daily communication, and moreover, you can put this facility inside the iphone in the future instead of being a separate device.
I hope you may take this idea into your account.
