Claiming Samsung Active Watch

I upgraded to a Samsung S20 FE 5G on EE on 29th December and have input the details needed to claim the Samsung Active Watch. I've now had 2 texts and emails saying they need proof of purchase which I have uploaded twice now,  showing EE Logo,  what was dispatched,  Date,  My Number etc. I haven't got anything else,  any ideas what I can send or is it just a way of getting out of sending the Watch? Thanks

Have you sent the receipt? if yes then they have everything they need.

Hey just as a heads up:

 

Your proof of purchase can be any formal document from your retailer, such as:

  • a store receipt
  • an email invoice
  • a phone contract
  • an order confirmation email and delivery note (these must be provided together)

When sending your proof of purchase, please make sure the following information is clearly visible:

  • What you bought
  • Where you bought it
  • Date of purchase
