@gill1983: Thank you for clarifying. It looks as though you were supposed to receive the AKG Y500 Wireless Headphones with the tablet itself, although the terms and conditions do state that the offer is subject to availability while stocks last.

Based on the above I recommend reaching out to Vodafone support directly to see if there's anything they can do from their end to honour the promotion.
