@Bobthecricket: Please can you confirm the model number and current Android version of the device you're using to access your emails? Furthermore, are you using the Samsung Email app? When you say the emails are 'disappearing', is the content/body of the email not visible, or do the emails no longer show up in your inbox after they have been opened?

Focused emails have no content and when I try to open them they disappear. Other emails are working fine.

@Bobthecricket: Which app are you using to access your Emails? If you sign in to your account via a browser app (Samsung Internet or Chrome), do the focused emails show up as expected?
