I'm trying to switch off the voice it keeps telling me what to do and do double click things before I can open them can anybody help me please turning off the phone doesn't help

Check under Accessibility setting whether you have any options set there.

I hope it helps, but has nothing to do with my question, does it?

Hi @pension , I've moved this to a separate topic. Which phone do you have? Are you able to get to Settings > Accessibility > TalkBack and disable it?

It's for a US S10, but I managed to follow the general steps to disable TalkBack on my UK S10 using it (in the UK 'TalkBack' appears where 'Screen reader' is in the Accessibility settings for the phone in that video).
