E mail Notifications to my old address from Members Community. How can I change it to the new address?

Hi,

I recently changed my email address but still get notifications from this Members site to my old address. I have looked in Profile settings to change this, although I have changed this address in my Samsung account but can't find how to do this. The only thing I see is to turn Notifications On/Off. If I unsubscribe from the email it takes me back to my profile page, where I still can't change it.

Hey there

When changing an email address such as this, depending on the company it can take up to 60 days for the update to work throughout all of that company's systems.

Within Samsung Members, go to Support, click the three dots at the top right, click Settings, click Samsung account at the top, Profile info, Email, then click Change at the bottom right. Check to make sure your email is correct. If it is, as mentioned by another user, it can sometimes take a moment for everything to fully update.

Hi,
Tried this but my new address is showing. Tried to edit and put same email address in. Get This email already exists on your account. It has been more than 60 days since I changed addresses. It,s only notifications from Members site going to old address
Have deselected Notifications for the time being and see if selecting it again will reset things.

It did change over immediately on my Samsung account but it's this Members site that still uses my old address. Culd one of the admins have a look please.
