Can’t access subtitle options UE65RU6025

Hello.

I have a Samsung 2019 65" UE65RU6025KXXC

and I cannot access the subtitle menu. Not from General>accessibility>subtitles or from the subtitle button on the controller. When pressing it says ”This action is not avalible right now”

I’ve tried some options from reading the forum, ofc closing all apps, restarting the tv, latest softwear update. Its very annoying as when im watching live on youtube it autogenerates CC thats not even correct. Why cant I acess the options?!

Maybe the remote you have for the TV should have an option for subtitles. its usually like an i button. If you could send a picture of the remote I can check for u.

Yes i do, but when i press it i come to this menu and the subtitles is light blue which means ON but i cant access to turn it off.

Have you tired the yellow button where it says subtitles/ad if this doesn't help please try the guide button
