Calls over Bluetooth on hearing aids (oticon)

Anyone has an issue of Call over BT on hearing aids?

Yes. Just got A56 5g and have to switch hearing aids off to talk on the phone. Microphone appears to be turned off

Update on the microphone, its seems that it is a random problem. Phoned someone yesterday and phone microphone worked. Immediately phoned skmeone else and had to turn BT off to talk.
