I recently ordered a new tablet,but soon realised I needed photo I.d. to collect even though I have a contract phone with them,anyway i emailed them straight away to cancel the order but I'm being charged for it a month any ideas why I'm still waiting on a reply back even though I emailed them 3 times now over the situation.......

@Samielouise: Where did you order the tablet from? You mentioned you are on a contract therefore I presume the order was placed with your network provider, therefore I recommend calling them directly if you're unable to reaching them via email in order to progress your query.
