this is how i fixed my usb connection. I reset Smart hub. Reset the whole tv to factory settings. Then on start up changed my region country. Logged in my account details. Then it all started working again. Atleast for now its working. Maybe i until they find out i changed regions. Which brings me to the point its a software or firmware issue not a mother board or hard ware issue. SAMSUNG PLEASE FIX THIS BUG!
