Hi all, it seems like people are starting to receive their buds- I had a text and email from Samsung on the 12th March advising that my claim had been validated. However, still no buds (I know it says 30 days)- infuriatingly though when you go into 'track my claim' it does not give a tracking number for the courier- which would put my mind at ease. I figure they are shipping direct from China. Are there any mods who are able to advise how, if at all, to obtain the tracking number?
If so, please do advise and I'll PM you my number/ email address.
Anyone else in a similar situation?

@MrAlabert I changed the option in Developer options and now im getting fantastic clear sound from mine. I got to say for such a small item they are pretty ***** good.

Mine I went into wearable APP and changed the touch pad to volume up n down, then i turned them up full using the touchpad on the right side, then I went back to APP and changed the sound to Dynamic, then I went into developer options and changed the setting in there about sound. Disable Absolute Volume is the one. Now they super fantastic.

My one issue with the buds is adjusting the volume when the buds are connected to my tv

@Fudgy31Glad the tips seemed to of helped They are pretty poor out of the box to be honest. Bit of a Faux Pas from Samsung.
Oh, and don't forget to Disable Media sync in Bluetooth settings.

32 days for me today and no buds, still validated!

No buds here either, 30 days up on Monday.
