Which phone do you have? 

I've connected it with A52 5G but I aoso have Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus. Now... Is that an issue?

The camera app came preloaded but it doesn't work; specifically it open the camera on the phone, but not the preview or controls on the watch.
I've reported it to Samsung, I suggest you do the same.
