Hello,

I bought the Samsung Watch 6 Classic LTE version on 04/08/2023, and I have WhatsApp installed on it.

If I receive a message on WhatsApp, I have configured the settings in such a way that, if I open it on my watch, it automatically removes that notification from my phone, so that I don't have to check my phone for the same message.

However, this is not the case when I open a WhatsApp message on my phone. When I open a WhatsApp message on my phone, and if my Samsung Watch receives the same message, it remains unchecked on my watch.

Could you please advise me on how this can be rectified?

This is not the case with mine. I got the same GW6 Classic LTE and my notifications are not coming through. I have tried several settings to no avail.
One of the main reasons I got the watch is to get notifications on my watch.

Any advice?
