Hi, has anyone else seen this / have a fix?
Weather app version: 1.1.10.21
Watch 6 classic / OS version: R950XXU1AWH4
When I click sync in the built in weather app, the location icon has a line over it.
By clicking the "configure on phone" I can see that the location icon has the same line over it as the watch app has.
After clicking the refresh button on phone, phones location icon doesen't have the line over it.
I go back to watch, hit refresh and the location icon has the line over it again.
The weather app on the watch does have "always access to gps" enabled.
I have also deleted cache and data form the weather app on watch.
I did read that installing "The Weather Channel" weather app on my phone / putting the Weather Channel widget on my phone would help.
No luck.
Other apps do get the gps location just fine on the watch, including other wather apps.
The weather app worked just fine on my old watch 3.

I had the same issue. To resolve I had to go into the location settings of my phone and allow the galaxy wearable app access all the time in the permissions settings.
This was set to only allow when using the app which worked fine with the watch 4 but apparently not with the 6.
Hope this works for others

Thanks.
Granting all the time access to location for Galaxy wearable didn't work for me.
"Galaxy6 watch manager" was the answer for me.

Thank you soooo much! I had been trying to figure this out for awhile now. It happened to be before and figured it out but I had forgotten how I fixed it last time! This should be the default setting!!!
It was the "Galaxy7 watch manager" was the answer for me as well.
