Anybody having trouble opening the app or connecting there watch. Been trying all day!!!
Got a 23 Ultra. Iv restarted phone, uninstalled and reinstalled, NOTHING!!

Have a look at the Reddit Post ( both auto date/time and timezone should be disabled and the date should be set to somewhere in 2023).

I have tried it. And it has not worked unfortunately. I hope for a fresh update that will correct it

It did not work the first time. I had to go over the steps again slowly.

Date/time on phone setting, change from auto, then set date to 30 Dec 2023.

Restart watch. Then open wearable app (should open at this point)


There is an update, once rebooted

Done it several times but to no avail. My issue could be different to yours and requires an alternative solution

Hi, Have you also toggled off the auto timezone setting?
