@thebaldy1 Have you tried rebooting the watch by holding the power and back Button simultaneously for around 7 seconds (until the screen lights up and the Samsung logo reappears)?
if this does not work go to the Wearables App -Watch Settings-Reset. can also do it via the settings on the watch. Advisable to back up your Data before doing so, this though will delete all Data and the watch will need to be set up again and paired to the phone.
