watch6 turns on sleep mode automatically?

So my watch6 turns on sleep automatically around 10pm while there is no time, mode or anything indicating on my watch or phone that it should be turned on?? I am still active around 10 pm, ive checked all things that could have to do with this and even went into heart rate setting/move settings but nothing seems to work! It's been like this since I bought the watch6 last month ....

Any fixes without resetting my watch??

Turn on sleep mode then press the three dots on the side of the screen, go to settings then scroll down to automatically turn on and off goodnight mode, turn this off.
