Did you reach out to the designated Promotions Team at watchultrawatch7launchoffer@samsungoffers.claims or by phone at 0330 808 9994 (UK, IOM or CI) or +353 1800 851 022 (ROI) within seven days of a Claim being submitted? If not, I'd definitely advise getting in touch with them, as they'll be able to look into this further with you.

It was the same with the voucher offered on the Watch 6 series. I think that was sent about 2 weeks after the deadline passed in my case. It's not acceptable but that's how companies roll these days. You will get it eventually.

I've emailed them twice now. First time was a terrible response that they are working on it and literally nothing more. I replied back to that stating it's was very clear what the time period was when purchasing so why are they changing it up after the fact etc etc and got another lacklustre email with no eta, just that they are working on it.
Samsung clearly work closely with Google, they can't get google to generate and send them a a load of codes? Hardly a big thing to do, they aren't manufacturing then shipping them are they.
