Random bluetooth disconnects from my A53 5G.

You could pair the watch up with another phobe as a process of elimination but this may then Reset the watch @Paxu
If this continues you may need to unpair the phone and watch and start again.
As a last resort restore the watch.
A Samsung Service Centre can assess your watch.

When i bought i have reset it for a first use. Thru the few hours it worked normally. Before i posted i had tried to wipe cache but all i could do is enter recovery mode and thats it... could not control to choose and select an proper option...
