Anche io ho lo stesso problema con il Galaxy Watch Ultra. Cosa devo fare?

I have the new 7 and it's doing it to me as well.

The same, but no nagging. Watch is simply ingorant to the fact.

Solution found - reset the watch. That at least forces manual backup. And the watch seems to be happy. It SHOULD continue doing backups periodically, but I can not confirm it.
Looks like that the restore did not use the latest file, though (e.g. watch face, apparently screen, tiles). I had customized those quite heavily last time.
No exercise or other data in Samsung Health was lost.

Works OK now.

I did a reset this morning because the watch wouldn't connect to the phone. [GW5 & Samsung S9] It reset- but wouldn't backup- but it did use the last backup that was stored on Samsung cloud- June 4 [it is Sept 16].

Same sort of problem. I get nagging messages saying that the watch wasn't backed up in 14 days, but the information on this says it should happen automatically overnight. I leave my phone and watch next to each other, on charge, every night.

Hi!
My Galaxy Watch 7 backup works locally on my phone (every night). But the backup doesn't work on the Cloud. I had the same problem with my old Galaxy Watch 4 : everything was working well, and suddenly the backup on the Cloud stopped working. I've reinstalled Smart Switch, checked all rights and I cannot do more. Ther is a bug somewhere, because all my other Samsung Cloud services work pefectly, it's only the backup of the Watch that isn't "transfered to the Cloud.
