Body temperature is not mentioned unfortunately.
Some links to show what the Samsung Watch⁶ Classic should be able to achieve in regards to temperature however it's not in regards to body temperature.

Unfortunately from initial searches the Watch does not appear to provide a body temperature option.

Yes you can and you can have it estimate when you are having a period too if female. My temp thing stopped working two days ago though don't know why and I wish you could monitor temp and oxygen 24/7 as an option.....
