Hello @AshtabS9Ultra , on my Watch 5 Pro LTE under Settings/Advanced features and then Gestures I have Answer calls set to On. This allows me to answer calls vi's the Phone app ONLY.

Apologies, this worked prior to Universal Gestures being introduced.
