Since the last update the sleep function has now stopped recording all data
Any ideas?

Watch 4 the same for me , when I click advanced for sleep monitor in the watch health application , it shows me the message "connect using bluetooth,then try again"
Any ideas?

I have no idea. The consensus of opinion is that the software is faulty throughout, and we have to wait for Samsung.
