Hi folks, does any one have one of these? Mine looks like there's a piece missing, where the cable wraps around.

That is the cut out for the wire so the charging cradle sits level, nothing to worry about.

Sorry I thought you meant the gap on the edge, looking at the picture again and yes there is a part missing. Have you tried contacting Samsung customer support?.

Yeah, they're utterly useless! They don't seem to understand there's a part missing, despite sending them photos and a video of what's missing
