Can you change wrists from left to right with the buttons facing your fingers and the watch face the correct way around. Not upside down.

I don't believe it's possible
To change the buttons
For right hand

Watches are traditionally worn in the left hand for practical reasons not to get damaged since most people use their right hand for work more than the left hand.

Plus its easier to operate the watch with the right hand while you hold it in your left hand

Constantly wearing it on that wrist irritates the skin. If you're left handed then the right is better. In todays technology how hard will it be to reverse the dial etc? Seems more difficult than launching a spacecraft.
