watch 3 sleep not recording

My watch active 3 is not recording sleep any suggestions all apps are updated etc

have u checked ur phone mine seems to disconnect sometimes

yes its connected thought it had disconnected but no might have to do what I did with my active 2 change region to get it working

on the watch it doesn't even say I've slept

well last night it worked so I don't know if it needs to calibrate or what but I'm gonna see if it works tonight or not

mine work out the box but my strap has to be tightish so the watch is against my wrist
