watch 3 missing flow and error connect to tasb s7 +

hello i have watch 3 sm-r840  and I can not find on it the Samsung flow even in the galaxy store in the watch !!

when I try to connect my watch 3 to my tab 7+ I have an error by using Bluetooth throw the wearable app in the s7+ !!
