active watch promo

So 47 days now from validation for the active watch (s20fe promo) I've emailed Samsung & received no reply . Anyone else having issues? And has anyone received there's?

got a email at start of Jan saying due to demand there where expected a shipment on the 22feb and it'll be shipped to myself 7 days after , but again nothing lol

got mine on the 3d so there shipping them out so you not got to long

I redeemed mine straight away and received the watch before the end of January, so there were definitely doing it. They quibbled my imei that I quoted on the form and instead asked for an imei label photo from the box. I found it quite a swift process, from claim to receiving watch.
