Unable to recover watch faces on the new device

So I get it that Samsung wants to wipe my settings on the new phone connection although it makes no sense, but what makes even less sence is that the same app (even same model of the app) is not recovering the data from the recover menu, it just says everything is recovered but nothing is there, I'm like alright, let me try and do it manually from download history, but here is also a fail, since the search history even after log in is empty. I get back to the old phone and do the recovery, and everything works just fine...what is going on with this app?! And how do I get my skins back on the new device?
