Ultra watch 7 How to forward from watch sim to mobile sim

Hi all, I have just got the ultra 7 watch and the esim is setup and will receive calls on the watch via its own number. My watch will ring on my mobile number via bluetooth but obvisously if i want to go running without my phone i want to be able to receive calls on my watch via my mobile number. What setting do i need to change as i have checked them all in wearables, its like i just need to call forward from my watch sim to mobile sim but i cant see wear to do it. TIA

Best to phone provider, give them the EID number, not IMEI, of your watch. I'm EE, cost £7 a month

That's not how it works, the watch has its own number so when someone calls your phone it's rerouted to your watch. So for example any smartwatch from any brand I have tried by leaving my phone at home and when someone called my phone number it automatically came through to my watch while out running.

Also you don't need to do anything, when your phones Bluetooth and wifi are out of range of your watch then your watch will automatically switch on LTE. Then when back in range of of phone's Bluetooth and wifi it will switch off lte and reconnect to your phone via Bluetooth or wifi.
