Sync playlists

Hi, I have a 6 classic. I have my own music on my watch. On my phone, in wearable app under manage content, I have to have auto sync swithched on. If I turn it off, the playlists on my watch dissappear. In the app it shows my playlists actually on my watch, so why does auto sync need to be on? I would like to turn off auto sync, and keep the playlists on my watch independently. Thanks.

I never experienced that yet, I do have usage of the Spotify and I do run in my Classic6 independent of the phone but if I have the lte on!
Have a try if your watch is LTe version

Thanks. What doesn't make sense is, if I turn off the phone, the playlists stay on my watch and can be played!
