Strava app on Watch 4 records correctly but when opened on phone, it's different

I have the Strava app loaded on my watch 4 and linked to the app on my flip 3. This morning, I ran 5k, when I hit finish on the strava app on my watch, it had the correct distance and time.  I hit the 'open on phone' option and the activity on the strava app on my Samsung Flip was only 3k? 

I'm frankly pleased that this watch came 'free' with the phone as it's pretty rubbish for anything strava related.

Anyone know how to fix this? TIA

Hi, this is a Strave issue amongst many others. The app is riddled with issues, check out the reviews on Play Store. There's nothing Samsung or any other manufacturers can do about a third party app.
