Sound problems

Hey does anyone know why left galaxy bud fe sounds really quiet but my right galaxy bud fe sounds normal

I've done what suggested to do but it still is happening 

I've tried cleaning them checking there settings and all my sound settings but it's still happening so has anyone got any advice

Hi, it happened to me also. Make sure the earbud is clean, double-check by removing the eartip, try resetting the earbuds, and mine just started working after an update.
