Sound issue when connecting S23 Ultra to earbuds

I have a S23 Ultra and have an issue with the connection to earbuds.

When I use earbuds I lose the sound fra the phone severel times a day. The earbuds are showen as active and I can take a call at the earbuds and I can disconnect but there are no sound. When I anwser a call the display show that the phone are connected to the earbods but no sound.

Sometimes when I make a call I loos the connetion to the earbuds during the call.

I have 2 set of earbuds. 1 pair of Samsung earbuds 2 pro og 1 pair of LeBose Sport earbuds and I have the problem with booth.

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Forum

When your ear buds are connected, you need ruu ensure volume is on for the buds themselves.

Everything you use on the device that includes sounds has their own volume settings.

My device is an S25 Ultra.

I use the earbuds only to make phone calls as I'm a  truckdriver.

Offen when I make a phone call I can hear the sound when it waits for connection and sudentlig the sound disappear and when I look at the phone it shows that the earbuds still are connected.

To get reconnected I have to turn bluetooth of at the phone and then on again or diconnect the earbuds and then reconnect again to use the buds.

This happens 3 times or more everyday. 

The problem are not the volume settings.
