Hello,
I have a problem on my Galaxy Watch 5 Pro since the last update.
When I go to bed, I usually start a routine on my Galaxy S24 Ultra that engages the sleep mode on my watch.
Normally, my watch's screen turns off, preventing it from lighting up in the middle of the night. I had no problem with the previous version, but now my screen stays on (always on display) and it's very annoying in the middle of the night, especially as the battery is draining fast now...
Do you have any idea how to solve this problem?

@Eddyprice : On your Watch5, please try heading to Settings > Display > Always On Display (AOD), and toggle this option off. You may also wish to check the conditions of your routine to see if it is set up to manually enable the AOD.

Indeed, AOD must have conflicted with my sleep routine.
I added a condition to stop it during this mode in my routines. But the problem is that when I deactivate my routine, AOD doesn't come back and I have to activate it manually on my watch (even if i add a activation condition when i desactivate te routine).
I suspect that between the time I exit the airplane world, it doesn't have time to give the command to my watch.
Do you have any ideas?

I have the same problem. I have a manual sleep routine setup (8 hour duration) so that AOD, raise wrist to wake, touch screen to wake, and vibrate mode all turn off. But when I go about my day the next day, sometimes they stay deactivated and I have to renable them one at a time which is a pain.
I hope that someone can shed some light.

I've more or less solved my problem, during my night, one of my conditions puts my phone in airplane mode. I simply created a second routine that activates the AOD on my watch when airplane mode is desactived. It's not ideal, but it solves the problem.

Hi Andrew,
On WearOS 5, nobody needed to toggle AOD twice every day just to make sure the display didn't light up while they're trying to asleep. This is common sense, and should not have been removed from WearOS 6 (although I assume it was a mistake).
