Setting up the Google Wallet

I just bought Galaxy watch 5 pro , but i can't install Google Wallet. Even i can't see it on Google Play store. Does anyone had this issue ? (FYI: i already use Google Wallet on my mobile)

Hi,

Is your watch fully updated, including Play Store?

If you go to Google Play Store from your Galaxy Wearable app on your phone, Google Wallet should be listed under the Top €0 watch apps.

I checked playstore , it is up to date. But i can't see wallet in Play store for watch.

Hi,  As you have GW installed on your phone, open the Google Play Store on your phone and search for Google Wallet. Do you then see the option to also install it on your watch? See screenshot below (its for GW4 Classic).

Seems strange. Which country did you select when setting up the watch?

Have you tried resetting the watch?

And have you also raised this issue on Google Community?

Yes , i tried factory reset. I chosed Netherlands. Now i will raise.

My Google account country Netherlands, and also when I was installing watch I choosed Netherlands. But my Samsung account region is Turkiye. I can't change it .I send email to Samsung support Screenshot_20230206_103834_Samsung account_1000001577_1675676314.jpg

I fixed issue with new Samsung account. My Google account was Netherlands but Samsung account was Türkiye. It is very strange Google Wallet didn't work like that. Unfortunately Samsung doesn't let me change country. I lost all my Samsung account data.

Good to know that it is solved. You can change the country in your Samsung Account. If you would still like to, then follow the steps in the link below.
