Just bought the Classic 4 watch.  It recorded the sleep scores for first week but now doesn't.  Can anyone please tell me why?

Give the watch a reboot, press and hold both buttons until it shuts down.
I reboot my watch once a week. It worked for someone else who's watch also stopped recording sleep. 🤞

Hi Fiona. I didn't have any success the first time I rebooted, but it worked the following night. Thank you. Chris PS sorry for late reply. Our elderly dog has become very ill. Seems to be something he scavenged so our time has been spent trying to comfort him and return him to health.
