Samsung watch

Hi anyone having problems with samsung watches and notifcations.

I have s23 ultra phone ,briught samsung 5 watch had to send back as it just kept stopping receiving notifications randomly.

Brought the classic 4 watch now thats playing up .works fine but when ive charged it, it then wont receive notifications so i have to reboot phone and watch to make it work. This has to be done every couple of days its a pain.

Why samsung 3 watch works perfectly no problems .

Any help would be appreciated.

I have tried evetything samsung tech guys tell you but no luck.One fuy said hopefully an update will solve the problem

@BINKIE: For clarity, does your Watch4 Classic stop receiving notifications while it is on charge, or while you are not wearing the device? If so, then this is normal, and you should find that the notifications resume when you put the watch back on. To explore your existing notification settings, please head to Settings > Notifications > Show phone notifications on watch.
