I've recently bought a S3 Frontier which I am using on a Xiaomi note 8 Pro. Everytime I press the Samsung Pay button on the galaxy wear app on my phone I get the following message, 'Can't open Samsung Pay, your watch may not be supported.' I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling both the Galaxy Wear and and the Samsung watch plug-in but still displays the same message. Was wondering if anybody else has had the same issue with Xiaomi phones or if it's something I'm doing wrong?

Was there an update that made that so? Only because I've read on older forums that Samsung Pay functions on their watch with a non Samsung phone connected to it
