Hello, I've recently encountered an issue with my Samsung devices and I'm seeking some assistance. I purchased a Galaxy Watch 6 in Germany for my mother, and my brother bought her a Samsung Galaxy A53 from Iran. We currently reside in Germany. Both of these devices are equipped with the Samsung Health Monitor application. However, I'm unable to use this application over the phone. Could someone explain why it's challenging to utilize these services? Are there any known solutions to this problem?

It may be down to the fact the phone was purchased in Iran and isnt compatible in the German market. I purchased a Galaxy AO4S from amazon in the uk a few months ago, the phone was manufactured for use in the Indian market and therefore it didnt have NFC capability which is needed for google wallet etc. So i sent the phone back and got my money back as the amazon seller was being dishonest by not advising people the phone wouldnt work properly in the market he was selling it for. This could be a similar issue to what you are facing. Myabe you can use most of the functions of the phone in Germany, but perhaps not health monitor. You might need to purchase a new phone made for the German market.

That's so unusual to me as I am an IOS user and I have never faced and heard of such a problem, also not with Huawei Health. As far as read about it the problem is a software issue and Samsung does not care about it !! How is that possible not to take care of such an obvious issue that users might travel or relocate to other countries

I did so, still does not work. What is funny is that health monitors separately are available in Iran and Germany. The only problem is the phone was purchased from Iran and the watch from Germany.

Now in Algeria samsung galaxy health monitor don t work

Hey Samsung, any comment? I'm very unhappy, bought my phone in Colombia and the watch in Panama. Actually residing in Panama and unable to use Samsung health even when it's an "authorized". You just don't care im Samsung?
