Hi there 👋, it comes with paired plan mostly so it comes with different number if your model is LTE when you pair watch its going to be same number as your phones number, the different number is e sim new number they need to provide you when you take contract on any LTE devices like tablets watches phones but when you pair your watch with you phone you will receive all texts messages etc from original number whitch is your phones number, it has its own number for billing purposes and it also needs a cellular connection after all its an eSim that’s in the watch and that needs its own number for a data connection. Your phone and your watch all linked at account level so when someone calls your phone your watch will ring even if your phone isn’t with you.
