@-fifi-: I can't tell from the video, but have you tried pressing the Home and Back buttons simultaneously for around 7 seconds until the Watch restarts, to see if this helps? If the problem persists, please head to samsung.com > Scroll to the bottom of the page > Contact us, and get in touch via your preferred contact method, and an advisor will be able to arrange a further engineers inspection for you.

Update - I turned on my watch yesterday and it working fine.
