How do i explain that how much upset I'm with my watch active 2. The display came out all of a sudden and unexpected thing happened. The cost of the display way more expansive. I don't have that much amount. So its my humble request can Samsung make their customers happy if they fix it my watch with any charges. Change display for free sometime you should make you customer happy 😊 And i am that customer
If you repair my watch free of cost then i must announce to the wold that im the luckiest man on planet Earth because Samsung give value to their customer.

In this instance I strongly recommend getting in touch with the Samsung Support Team in your region by heading to samsung.com > Scroll to the bottom of the page > Contact us, where an advisor will be able to arrange for the Watch to be inspected and repaired by an authorised engineer.
Please note that if the Watch is over 24 months old, or if the engineer deems the issue to be the result of physical damage, which is not covered by our warranty, then a charge will be applicable to cover the cost of the service an any necessary repairs. For your assurance, any quotations will provided prior to the service going ahead, allowing you the chance to opt out of the repair.

I have also had very bad experience with repairs. My watch got water damage without being submerged and Samsung refused to repair under warranty even though the watch has a swimming app.
