I've had the Cloud Blue earbuds since April 2020 (only having to get them replaced once due to water damage). During that time, I did have issues with the touchpad responding to single touch (which should pause/play), but in the last few days, it's worsened. Often I'll have to "manually" pause and play the video/song on and off before the earbuds will respond. It also seems that having audio play for an extended time increases the chances of it happening.
Pausing/playing with my Watch Active2 is more effective, but I'm not sure by how much, as it isn't my go-to when I want to pause/play. Double/triple tapping works as expected, so I know it's not an issue of connection.
