Try changing the tips. A good shove and twist will not work. It took a little time to get the good fit, you need to move them a fraction to get the right fit. Start with the stick straight down and gently twist them forward so the stick is pointing away from you.

Tried the Diofit tips made it worse, twisted, pushed even pushed my ear towards the buds, twisted so buds down and then up, the same
