For the past few weeks, my S3 Frontier displays the following message, daily:
"Samsung account
The Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy for your Samsung Account have been updated. Tap the link below to read and accept the new terms, then sign in again. http://account.samsung.com"
(Side issue: Note the http link, not https.
Clicking on that link brings up a "Check your phone" message. My phone opens https://account.samsung.com/membership/intro If I sign in from there, it brings me to a page with my profile, and options for:
Privacy
Password and security
Services
Places and
Notice (this says "Last updated 2019-02-07" - roughly around when this message started appearing, I think).
If I click on Notices there is a list of them, in English, Irish, and I think Italian, referring to Samsung Themes, Galaxy Apps, Samsung Cloud, Samsung Pass, etc. There is nothing to click or accept.
If I dismiss the message on my watch, it will reappeat the next day with an updated date/time.
Any ideas on how to stop this happening?

So - what's the deal here?
A "moderator" responded - once, ages ago, and hasn't come back with any solution. Nor has anyone else from Samsung. Other people have posted to say they have the same issue.
Is this an official Samsung support site, or just a forum for people to register their dissatisfaction with reported & unfixed bugs/be a fanboi about Samsung products? If so, fair enough. But the site needs to say that.
But many people have reported many problems with Samsung hardware and software, and they aren't addressed. Not a good lookk for Samsung...

Almost 52 weeks since the original post.
No solution.
Same thing still happening. Every. Single. Day.
Again, I have to ask - is this a fan community, or an actual Samsung support site? If the latter, how does someone get a response from a tech support person?
