Right bud stopped working

Hi,

I have Samsung Earbuds, model SM-R170 and the right bud has stopped working.

Tried all the usual, unpair, charge up etc, but no luck.  When i put the buds in my ear, the left bud plays a startup sound and the right bug is completely silent.  After setting them up in the Wear app, the right bud shows as disconnected.

So what next?

My phone is a Galaxy Note 10.

Thanks,

STteve.

Once connected, please make sure that the Galaxy Buds are fully up to date by heading to Galaxy Wearable app > About earbuds > Update earbuds software > Download and Install. ... Finally, reset the buds via the Samsung Wearable app > About earbuds

Thanks.  Tried both of these already...

- Reset works, but the right bud still not working

- There is an update, but it won't install saying "both earbuds must be connected".  The right bud shows as disconnect.

Yes, good point, very likely a charging problem.  When I put the left bud in the case, the light on the case goes red and a few seconds later green.  When i put the right (broken) bud in the case the light stays red, suggesting that the bud is not fully charged.

The case and buds have been on charge all night.  Case light green.
