Returning W 5 pro due to technical issues

Based on the technical team advice, I am returning my 5 pro, and going to reorder same

 
Any advice in relation to returns

What issues have you had, that require you to return it?

The biggest one was the The adaptive brightness sensor not working

So even the dead at night in the full dark, my watch thinks that I have landed on the Sun ☀, nothing or no any changes could control it
(I do wear my watch at night)

The floor counting sensor not working

My theory is, when I happened to pay for something of the exact asking price.. The seller should give me exact thing what's written on the card.. Otherwise replace or refund or give some portion of money back

I go by my Money your promise, I kept my words you keep your promise.. Theory

I guess you need replacement watch, you don't need to reorder as you mentioned that based on technical team advice , the watch is faulty. Under warranty you should be able to get replacement or refund. The problem is we hear a lot of stories /complaints about the time it takes to get get replacement or refund, I hope you don't go through that painful experience. Good luck!

Thank you so much friend, I took videos, pictures, given voice commentary when setting up the parcel, god done everything

Within 15 minutes of handing over the parcel to Dpd point, I got an email saying its on its way to... ABC
My problem that's where all the dirty under the table things happen

As you said I am keeping my legs crossed and 🤞 crossed until I get my return
