Resting HR is recording but missing on some days, while Min-Max present

Hello all, 

I just recently bought a new Galaxy Watch 5 Pro and set it to measure HR continuously. I've been recording all my health metrics and when I look at my Resting HR in Samsung Health app, it shows a value for today but the past 3 days are missing.. then it recorded several days in a row then more days are missing. Is there a way to make sure it records the Resting HR every single day? I can't seem to figure out why this is happening.

Also I wanted to add that I wear my watch consistently, battery hasn't died, and I wear it tightly on my wrist so there's contact with the HR sensor.
